Impact Score

There are currently 8 different scores that affect the overall impact score. 8 is the best score possible and 0 is the worst score possible.

The impact score is defined as follows.

S=A*J+B*K+C*L+D*M+E*N+F*O+G*P

Where

A is the impact category

B is the number of SDGs

C is the SDG fulfillment

D is the ecological benefits framework (analyzed separately for each aspect- air, water, soil, equity, biodiversity, carbon)

E is the negative externalities

F is the number of people employed

G is the number of hectares covered

The weighting of each of the variables is as follows

J 20% for the impact category

K 10% is the number of SDGs

L 15% is the SDG fulfillment

M 15% is for each part of the ecological benefits framework (analyzed separately for each aspect- air, water, soil, equity, biodiversity, carbon)

N 15% is the negative externalities

O 7.5% is the number of people employed

P 7.5% is the number of hectares covered
